Talk to a licensed broker, not a call center

Call, send an email, or grab a slot on the calendar. Jordan works out of New Braunfels and meets clients there, in Seguin, Canyon Lake and on the San Antonio side by appointment, and handles everything else by phone, video or email. Say what you are trying to sort out and he will tell you whether he can help.

Before the call

What to have handy

A little preparation turns a vague conversation into a real comparison.

For a Medicare review

Your Medicare card, a list of your doctors, and your prescription bottles or a list with the doses. Your ZIP code decides your plan menu, so have that exact.

For individual or ACA coverage

Household size, everyone's ages, and your best estimate of household income for the coverage year. Subsidies run on projected income, not last year's tax return.

For group benefits

Your headcount, roughly how many employees have families, and your current renewal letter if you already offer a plan.

For long-term care

Nothing but your questions. The first conversation is about whether it fits your situation at all, and health questions come later.

Call now, or pick a time that suits you.

Say what you are trying to sort out and you will know where you stand by the end of the call.
